Squidoo Marketing 101 - Making Money with Squidoo

Squidoo marketing is easy once you develop a system.  I just love Squidoo.  I have created over 100 Squidoo pages, and it’s nice to get money every month to my Paypal account.

The best part of creating Squidoo lenses is that the more you create, the more money you can make.  The key is to create Squidoos based on popular subjects, and have fun with them.  The more interesting facts and interactive information you can add, the better.  Take a look at the top Squidoo lenses of the day for ideas.  Click here…

There are a few basic things that you will want to keep in mind when building a Squidoo lense.  Put your keyword in the URL of the Squidoo, in the first sentence of the first paragraph, and use it throughout your lense.  Add images, video, RSS feeds (back to your money site), a guest book, and one great tip I picked up from PotPieGirl is to add a featured lense section, and use it to display links to your other Squidoo lenses.

Be sure to come up with at least 30 keywords related to your new lense, and add them as tags.  Once you have completed this, change your settings on your profile to receive cash or charity, set up your payment methods, add a picture, and add some words about yourself or your site, and be sure to link to your money site in your profile.

Finally, access your SquidUtilities page, and ping your new lense.  Squidoo will let you create up to 10 lenses a day.  Be sure to lensroll each lense you create, this creates a backlink for you.  The lensroll icon is the little smiley face at the top of your new lense.  I also like to submit my new lense to my social bookmarks, and RSS directories.
