copywriting In the world of internet marketing, writing good copy is important. You want to get your sales pitch across to sell your product, but at the same time you don’t want to sound like a used car salesman, or that really annoying guy on television who shouts about the latest household cleaner.

There are many ways you can reach your reader, and make the sale. As an internet marketer, your job is not about getting the product out there with a blatant sales pitch. People who use the internet do not want to be sold to. Advertisements are everywhere, and many people are blind to them. If you go this route, trust me you will be worn out and discouraged in six months time.

How would you feel??? It is about the same as opening the door on a Sunday morning only to find the brand new saleman on the doorstep reading to you from a script about the $500 vacuum cleaner that you know you would never buy anyway. You feel sorry for him, so you listen to what he has to say. When he finishes his sales pitch, you close the door politely, and make a mental note not to open the door again without looking through the peephole.

Think of yourself as a problem solver. Find a problem, and solve it. Many of today’s problems are common among us all. We have so many of the same ailments, personal problems, and complaints. Think about solving people’s problems first, then go through your list of affiliate products, choose a good product (with a commission that will compensate your hard work and time) and get it out there.

Have a conversation with your reader. Talk to them as if they were in the same room with you having coffee. Be entertaining, ask them questions, and suggest your product. It’s easy, and the best internet marketers do this really well.
